Convenient but unorganized and not reliable The room didn't have wash clothes, and kitchen utensils. I had a hard time with getting change during the night for snacks. They didn't have free infant beds like they advertised under the amenities.

ESA Duluth It was ok I am still staying here now. I use to work for ESA 2013-2014 it was a little better back then. There is never anyone at the front desk here u have to wait like 10 min for someone to come, room service has not been to my room since I been there which has been a week now. The manger is cool and 2 of the other staff at koo. They should think about upgrading there breakfast and getting more dishes for the rooms

Nice hotel for last minute stay and business trips My family stayed one night while my home was being worked on. The staff was nice and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable for my children. There was a smoke smell lingering in the halls. Other than that, this hotel is a great option for last minute stay.

Would stay again ☺ Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was clean and beds and pillows were OK. Location was good since we was also here to visit the sauna place.
