Decent stay in the ATL area A group of friends and I were in the Atlanta area for a convention. The hotel was fine for room space and price. They list a "complimentary breakfast" which is totally nonsensical. They have coffee and granola bars... Not exactly breakfast, but I guess better than nothing? Otherwise the hotel is pretty much exactly what we wanted and accommodated us as we expected.

Cheap but not a great experience The overall appearance of the room was okay, but the linens kind of smelled dirty. There were 4 of us staying in a room with 2 double beds and a pullout sofa. We had to request sheets for the pullout and extra pillows and blankets. The staff was polite and helpful for the most part. We had to park at the hotel next door at 2 am after a concert and walk all the way back due to a lack of parking spaces available. There were no complimentary toiletries, even soap to wash our hands. Not a family vacation place This was not a good place to stay for just a few nights. There are too many people living here and they are severely understaffed to meet the needs of all those people. The staff was friendly and worked very hard but could not keep up with all the demands of them. La recepcionista q nos atendió no era nada amable. Todo muy bien excepto q viaje desde ny hasta atlanta y llegamos a los 2 de la tarde y el Cheking era a las 3pm y tuve q pagar 25 dólares extra. Y sentí q no será justo. Por me he opedado en otras instalaciones del mismo hotel y nunca me habían cobrado por llegar antes y estaba demasiada cansada del viaje porque manejamos toda la noche y necesitaba bañarme y descansar un poco.

Good Area had to keep asked my for towels , good luck trying to find a parking spot after 11:00 pm, had to park at the hotel next door and walk to my room . other then that right by restaurants && malls .

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly but I ran into an issue with the room that I booked and what I was given. I had booked a king size bed and when I got to the room (they didn't tell me upon check in) it was a two double bed room. I spoke to the front desk and they said that was all they had available. I was not happy that the room that I pre-paid for was given to someone else. What's the point in booking a specific room if when you get there it isn't what you get??
