Grace Under Pressure (staff) Hotels.com overbooked this hotel, so when my family arrived at 1a (after an issue at another hotel) and they said they had no room for us, it was disappointing to say the least. However, the front desk clerk called a sister hotel and ensured we had SOMEWHERE to go for the night. I can’t say if this hotel was a good night’s stay.. but I can say the gent at the desk performed well under the pressure of my “ARE YOU KIDDING?!” and my husband’s angry muttering before sending us on our way to the Alpha... read more
