Affordable I loved the room and price. Staff was ok. I have never been to a hotel that does not provide towels nor soap. That's ridiculous. At least they should let you know that when you check in or even before booking. You travel far away, you should at least be able to take a shower

Decent stay in the ATL area A group of friends and I were in the Atlanta area for a convention. The hotel was fine for room space and price. They list a "complimentary breakfast" which is totally nonsensical. They have coffee and granola bars... Not exactly breakfast, but I guess better than nothing? Otherwise the hotel is pretty much exactly what we wanted and accommodated us as we expected.

Cheap but not a great experience The overall appearance of the room was okay, but the linens kind of smelled dirty. There were 4 of us staying in a room with 2 double beds and a pullout sofa. We had to request sheets for the pullout and extra pillows and blankets. The staff was polite and helpful for the most part. We had to park at the hotel next door at 2 am after a concert and walk all the way back due to a lack of parking spaces available. There were no complimentary toiletries, even soap to wash our hands. Not a family vacation place This was not a good place to stay for just a few nights. There are too many people living here and they are severely understaffed to meet the needs of all those people. The staff was friendly and worked very hard but could not keep up with all the demands of them.
