I did not like that our room could not be cleaned everyday, if we needed tiles, wash clothes, pans to cook with, we had to go downstairs to the desk to get them & bring them back. The beds kept coming up depending on where we set at.

The staff they did not trained at all to take customers and arranged room is not cleaned yet when I opened room was Dirty. We had to wait at the lobby 1hour and gave us another room key and when we go there it was same it did not cleaned So we had to wait another minute with such heavy luggage Inthe 8pm. Not a whiner but .... The room was fine very stripped down but fine. The floors in the hallway were filthy ,there was urine on the floor outside the elevator and it wasn’t cleaned up for 24 hours. Our floor had a bad smell as soon as you got off the elevator. The location was great.
