Everything was dirty. Not old but dirty. Everything was dirty. I am not talking about old but dirty. It was not just the room. The same pieces of stuff/crud that was on the floors....entrance/elevator was still there and in the same spot as when we left. The room was extremely dusty and there were hairs found on the night stands beside the bed and in the bathroom when we arrived. The towels smelled and it felt like there was sand between the sheets. Dirty rooms and RUDE housekeeping I booked 2 bed room for 2 nights and arrived with my wife and kids late. The lady at the reception was very rude and I had horrible experience over there. Actually, she was one of the housekeeping personel but the management surprisingly asked her to work at the reception desk on that night. bad odor The room had a very bad odor. The front desk let us have a can of Febreeze but the room still had a bad odor.

Decent room for a good price, poor service This hotel is very inexpensive and in a good area but the service is very bad and what you get tends to be inconsistent. I've stayed there 3 times now and it's been about the same each time. Often there will be no one at the front desk and you have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to appear. Getting glasses or other items for your room is very challenging. In the room itself sometimes you get things like soap and shampoo sometimes not. Terrible Customer Service!!!! Upon my arrival the front desk clerk told me they had transferred my reservations to another property. ..it was late...I'd been traveling and I wad tired and unfortunately I couldn't go to the room I reserved on the property I had chosen. I had to drag my luggage back out to my car and drive to another property late at night. Which could have turned out dangerous! Very disappointed in the property I was sent to as well!

Waiting My daughter and I after our long drive showed up to wait. I waited till well after check in to show up. It still took us almost 45 minutes just to check in. The lobby was dirty,noticably. Since I was standing in the lobby for a while I had time to notice the buildup of crust in the corners and the overall filth. We checked in and went to the room and the staff brought me the coffee maker for the room, only to tell me that I would have to go buy my own coffee at the store on the corner. Needs better management Unfortunately I was not satisfied. The room was not cleaned, trash not emptied, bathroom dirty and I found hair on the sheets. Had it not been that the location of the hotel was 2 minutes from my moms doctor I would have left and asked for a refund. I think the hotel has poor management and needs to be completely remodeled. Please take my rating seriously and find a way to improve the condition of this hotel.
