I would not recommend this hotel. The AC didn't work and when calling to ask about it, I followed her instructions. This didn't solve the problem. I mentioned to the front desk as we were leaving and was told they were sold out and no one was there to come look at it. I had to sleep with the window open all night, which caused major noise for us. I also went down around 9:30am, after breakfast concluded at 9am, to ask for coffee. Tough area. Room old and stained in many places. A bit scary place to stay . would not go back. Stained..bare bonus room

Inconsistent This hotel seems very hit or miss. I had a nice, clean room the week before but this one was dinged up and hadn't been cleaned very well. Also, a first for me, there was no shower curtain...

Poor service Very bad
Oh no Though it was just for one night, it was not the best experience, the dirt is visible from the elevator to the hallway to the kitchen in the room, will not be staying at this location again.

One word.....BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!! This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL!!!!! My newborn and myself were eaten up by BEDBUGS!!! I caught two of them and brought them to the front desk to show the clerk. Along with showing her all the bite marks on me and my daughter. Of course they offered a refund, but it was not worth all this. DONT STAY HERE AT THIS HOTEL, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR THINGS INFESTED BY BEDBUGS!!!!!, and want to be EATEN ALIVE!!!!
Worst experience ever! There are absolutely no amenities in this hotel, not even an ice maker! I never knew that extended stay meant no housekeeping either. I had to ask to get any glasses to use for a drink of water! Clerk at check in was pleasant, unfortunately she was the only pleasant person the entire 4 days we were there.
