I wouldn’t recommend to Anyone All bad I will never go back reservation wasn’t handled properly nasty room the whole atmosphere was disgusting

Head board fell and busted my head. Key didn't work, no phone, I have knot on my head.

Bad overall experience WiFi was terrible, it kept dropping signal every 10 mins or so. They had a faster internet option but I refuse to pay more money, when I'm already unhappy with the service. The drain in the tub took a couple hours for the water to completely drain out. The only good experience I had was the staff. I normally stay at this hotel chain anytime I travel. But this experience was really bad.

There were ants crawling in my bed and when I made a complaint to management I was advised to leave. Facility is constantly trashed. Terrible hospitality.

Bad service!! Roaches in room... marijuana smells Customer service was subpar!! The manager Keith Dixon was very rude and demeaning to women. Will never stay at this property again! Also there were roaches in the room.

Not Again The refrigerator didn't work. They didn't clean the room after the first night we were there, which I guess is part of their business model, but there was no obvious indication of that when I booked the room and no obvious saving for me based on that model. The corridor wreaked of marijuana every evening. If you looking for a place for a night or two I would definitely pass.

Not as advertised Was not as advertised. The queen bed was maybe a full. It was very small. No dishes or cooking ware available even though it was an extended stay and signs in the room advertised that they were there. Also a huge cockroach was in the room the second night of our stay. I've stayed here before and it was clean and nice but not again.

I will NOT return to this place! This place was a mess on many levels: No housekeeping service No Wifi you had to return towels to the desk to get fresh ones you had to go to the desk to request toilet paper (one roll at a time)! many of the light bulbs in the room did NOT work the room was fairly clean, this is the only positive thing I can say about it! refrigerator did not get cold, had to throw out food the second day insufficient parking, lot was always full
