When booking our trip we told our extended family where we were staying so we could all stay in the same hotel. He was told he would have to pay $27 to check in 30 minutes early. We did not get to the hotel until 3:30. Check in is at 3. We were told our room was not ready and it would be another 15-20 minutes. The staff person was not apologetic at all and made sure I knew she “had just got there at 3 as well”. The room was dirty and it stunk. The mattress was very hard. The area is also a little sketchy. We missed the one driveway and there is an abandoned hotel or something just beyond this hotel. There were people hanging out there late at night.

First & last time staying at Extended Stay America We got into town early for a concert and stopped by the hotel first to see if we could check in early...it was about 1 and check in wasn't until 3. The lady at the desk said early check in was unavailable which was fine so we went to eat lunch and would come back. We got back at around 2:30 and were told by another couple they paid $28 to check in early. Never stay at this hotel. A lone was out the door for check in and associate was hiding in the back room ignoring customers. Elevator is very sketchy. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Staff was the worst part of this experience.

It took over an hour to get checked in. They should have staffed two people not one.

Pre-paid for my room with a note for late check-in (10-11pm). CALLED at 6pm and spoke to the FRONT DESK and told them I would actually be arriving between 12-1am. They said no problem, just use the phone to speak to the night clerk and they'll let me in, NO PROBLEM. Arrived exactly at 1:00am after a 12 hour drive and the night clerk informed me "sorry, we have no rooms".
