The hotel has roaches, I paid for a few days to stay had to change the room I was in the next day. The new room I was changed to have more roaches in the last. The first time I was in tub was stopped up. And I never got a refund from leaving. I definitely would not recommend anyone to stay unless they don’t mind roaches.

Terrible stay I need to request a full refund. Police were on property dealing with a situation upon arrival. There was no power from midnight to 7:30 am and property staff did nothing to alarm, to inform, to update customers. Needless to say, I was panicked, felt unsafe, since landline was not working. It was a terrible stay and seeking a refund or disputing my credit card claim is my best option.

The property was rundown. The entrance door to the stairwell was broken. Carpet and hallway was filthy. There was a molded smell in the hallways and stairwell. kids running around making noise noises all hours of the night. There were cockroaches running around the bathroom and kitchen area. I do not recommend..

This place is absolutely dirty. The matress cover had blood stains on it. The chair they have for the desk had bodily fluids still on it. It stunk. Weed smell on the hall ways. Bathrolm was dirty too. I would absolutely recomend for anyone to pay more for a better stay else where. Will never stay here again.

Don’t stay here No USB ports in room at all. Some AC electrical plugs not working. Plastic battery panel on TV remote missing so AA batteries fall out. Got a note on the door second day of stay stating I would have to switch rooms due to remodeling they suddenly decided to do. Then turns out I didn’t have to move at all.

Roaches! I had booked my room for two nights but checked out after one night. Found a roach in the shower and the microwave was infested with roaches. Since I paid in advance, Hotels.com was supposed to get me a refund for the second night but I've not received it. The hotel refunded the pet fee I paid for the second night.
