Don’t stay here No USB ports in room at all. Some AC electrical plugs not working. Plastic battery panel on TV remote missing so AA batteries fall out. Got a note on the door second day of stay stating I would have to switch rooms due to remodeling they suddenly decided to do. Then turns out I didn’t have to move at all.

Roaches! I had booked my room for two nights but checked out after one night. Found a roach in the shower and the microwave was infested with roaches. Since I paid in advance, Hotels.com was supposed to get me a refund for the second night but I've not received it. The hotel refunded the pet fee I paid for the second night.

Not what you expect for sure Beautiful pictures - at least in the hotel description. But in reality - what a scary place!! Saw a bunch of homeless people wandering around the property. Some of them were near the lobby asking the staff for some favors. The hotel does not even have any resemblance to the pictures posted. The place smelled bad and people were vaping you know what in the property as well. Nothing if we wasn't doing last minute traveling i wouldn't stayed there

Staff was barely friendly and this property has definitely seen better days. Would not recommend it at all unless it was maybe your very last option.

A Roach-Filled Wonderland. We DID NOT stay here after finding a HANDFUL OF ROACHES in our room. We left immediately. Demanded a refund and were told we'd had to "wait or take it up with Hotels.com".

Extended stay away! Far away! My stay at your location was not very good at all. the ice machine was not working, the breakfast was horrible and the service was very little help at all.

When we checked in room it was horrible smell. The hotel couldn't change rooms so we requested refund
