Made a reservation and when we arrived they said they do not take online reservations and they did not have any rooms. So we were out a room at midnight.

Did not like that there was smoking everywhere and no pool even though the pic had a pool in it. The staff was incredibly nice though!!

Room had a bad smell that made my wife nauseous & toilet wasn’t flushing probably they refuse to give us another room, & I have yet to receive my money back

500 reasons to not choose this one Cons: (a lot of this was advertised so false advertising) -Pic shows a pool but they laid concrete so no pool. One of the reasons I picked it. -There is no fitness center and didn’t see a business center. -No breakfast in that nice breakfast room. Didn’t see coffee or tea. Snacks for a fee? Only two things to choose from. -No daily housekeeping as advertised. -Parking is shady but right by property. “Permanent extended stay tenants” just kind of linger everywhere outside. -Dirty. My stay was awful. The room I was originally put in had not been properly cleaned - there were stains on the pillows, an entire portion of the carpet was wet, there was an odor that I assume was a result of the wet carpet.

There is no breakfast service- not even coffee. Hallways smelled of weed and room of smoke. Was double charged. There was lots of space for my family in the room, but I was not pleased with property at all. I wasn’t even sure it was actually a hotel.

The staff was very friendly. Lucy and the gentleman who worked nights (either Prince or Vince) were very nice and had excellent customer service. However, the room #305 was not clean and and it had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, the toilet and tub were not clean and the appliances were disgusting. There was a half burned candle in the window sill. There was a huge moth on the inside of the window which lets me know someone was smoking with the window opened. We stayed there a week and had absolutely no towels to take a bath we had to go buy our own towels. The shower curtain in the bathroom smelled like nothing but urine disgusting.
