Terrible Customer service Property would not give refund for having to check out early. Do not stay here if your job might change. Also, called 12 times and when property finally answered the phone, was told a manager would have to make the decision for the refund. Was never able to get manager on the phone and when i was there in person, was told it was managers day off. Was a weekday.

Nice nasty The rooms were disgusting. They hadn’t been cleaned. The woman at the front desk was very understanding and accommodating, but I had to book at another hotel after the second room.

Worst hotel ever The room was filthy they had no house keepers the sink was full of dirt we had to go buy our own cleaning supply everything was broke the bathroom door knob was broke the handle on the fridge was broke it was a pile of dirt behind the couch we couldn’t wash they didn’t have no washer and dryer they service was horrible

This place is awful and need to be taken off Expedia. I called front desk and asked if they were coming to clean the room they said they do it every 7 days I had a executive suite it was 6 of us 2 adults 4 children we asked for new towels since they couldn’t come and clean they said they can only give us 2 at a time it look like they selling p***y and crack out of there no one was ever at the front desk when u needed them I regret staying there I was visiting from Chicago and if I had to stay there again I wouldn’t

I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel, especially during a pandemic when everything should be even more clean than usual. It just seemed like nobody cared. I had to switch rooms because the first room was so dirty: dirty/sticky floors, stained couch & curtains, grimy bathroom & appliances with a layer of dirt, not dust, dirt like they just got pulled out of storage. Seriously??! Unexpected expenses, parking $36, deposit $75. No refrigerator, no microwave in room..?? And not to mention, i used my reward night for this stay, cost me just as much!! And there was no access to the balcony.
