The staff was very friendly. Lucy and the gentleman who worked nights (either Prince or Vince) were very nice and had excellent customer service. However, the room #305 was not clean and and it had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, the toilet and tub were not clean and the appliances were disgusting. There was a half burned candle in the window sill. There was a huge moth on the inside of the window which lets me know someone was smoking with the window opened. We stayed there a week and had absolutely no towels to take a bath we had to go buy our own towels. The shower curtain in the bathroom smelled like nothing but urine disgusting.

Although the picture of the property shows a pool, there is NO POOL. It has been bricked over and turned into a patio. There is also no breakfast, no hairdryer (it's not just that there wasn't one in the room, there was no hairdryer when I asked the front desk). The bathroom sink didn't drain well, the hallways were gross and several lights were flickering like they were ready to go out.

This could be a good value. My room was clean, and furnishings were in good condition. However, when I got to my room there were no towels, shower curtain, or forks or knives. I had to ask for these items, and they were not all available immediately. Also, the gym and several other amenities were not accessible due to construction, but I saw no evidence of any work being performed the whole week of my stay. Is the owner a cheapskate and waiting for construction prices to be reduced? Communication/explanation would be helpful... read more

I NEVER STAYED HERE EXPEDIA HAD ME TO PAY IT ALL WAY THREW I PULLED UP AT THE HOTEL THEY WAS BOOKED NO ROOMS AVAILABLE LET ME REMIND YOU IT WAS ALREADY LATE AT NIGHT! THE ROOM CANCELED MY NAME OUT THE SYSTEM AND THEY GOES TO SAY THEY DON’T KNOW WHY EXPEDIA BEEN DOING THIS TO PEOPLE SO EXPEDIA CHARGED ME FOR THE DAYS STILL I NEED MY REFUND I NEVER EVER STAYED IN THE ROOM PERIOD EXPEDIA NEED TO UPDATE THEIR SYSTEM.

Terrible Customer service Property would not give refund for having to check out early. Do not stay here if your job might change. Also, called 12 times and when property finally answered the phone, was told a manager would have to make the decision for the refund. Was never able to get manager on the phone and when i was there in person, was told it was managers day off. Was a weekday.
