Upon arrival I was told, despite having a prepaid reservation, the hotel was overbooked. I reserved a suite that sleeps 6. All that was available was a room with 1 queen bed and a pullout couch. I excepted the room simply because I had no time to attempt to find availability at another hotel. When I asked for linens for the pullout sofa I was given sheets and a thin blanket. Breakfast was promised but not delivered. Bad coffee available for just a few hours each morning. General amenities like hangers, coffee machine, cups or flatware unavailable. Staff was great.

Don't even try to stay here Although we had a reservation, they were fully booked and there was no room available. Thorough waste of my time!

Made a reservation and when we arrived they said they do not take online reservations and they did not have any rooms. So we were out a room at midnight.

Did not like that there was smoking everywhere and no pool even though the pic had a pool in it. The staff was incredibly nice though!!

Room had a bad smell that made my wife nauseous & toilet wasn’t flushing probably they refuse to give us another room, & I have yet to receive my money back

500 reasons to not choose this one Cons: (a lot of this was advertised so false advertising) -Pic shows a pool but they laid concrete so no pool. One of the reasons I picked it. -There is no fitness center and didn’t see a business center. -No breakfast in that nice breakfast room. Didn’t see coffee or tea. Snacks for a fee? My stay was awful. The room I was originally put in had not been properly cleaned - there were stains on the pillows, an entire portion of the carpet was wet, there was an odor that I assume was a result of the wet carpet.
