Don’t Go There!!! The exterior door did not lock, so safety hazard. Continental breakfast was coffee. The baggage cart fell apart in the middle of monsoon rain. There were many “tenants” who lived there! No sheets for sofa bed Very unwelcoming staff

mi reserva fue dada a otra persona, para cuando arrive al hotel el personal del front desk me dijo que decidieron darle mi reserva a otra persona y que no tenian mas habitaciones disponibles para mi y mi familia, luego de haber manejado por mas de 700 millas y 14 horas en total creo que la persona del front desk le dio mi habitacion a un amigo suyo

Bring your kitchen from home Nothing to cook with no pots plates cups spoons or forks. We couldnt cook or eat. Everything was shut down. We survived off bologna. No breakfast was available im so pissed off.

They do not give ma a room that already paid

One of the worst !!! This was one of the worst places i have stayed. Zero amenity no coffee in the room. Police were called twice in my stay for guests fighting. Noisy guests, the place smelt of stale food I have never seem more people in one place wearing pants below there butts. I will NEVER be back again

I was very disappointed at this place; I was looking for coffee upon arrival for the receptionist to tell my fiance and i that after morning it's usually gone; although coffee should be provided the whole day and they should have not had a problem making more. I have bed bug bites on the left side of my chest and left leg which are painful and uncomfortable; Also, the TV was extremely dusty, and there was a small blood stain on the bedspread. Upon arrival I was told, despite having a prepaid reservation, the hotel was overbooked. I reserved a suite that sleeps 6. All that was available was a room with 1 queen bed and a pullout couch. I excepted the room simply because I had no time to attempt to find availability at another hotel. When I asked for linens for the pullout sofa I was given sheets and a thin blanket. Breakfast was promised but not delivered. Bad coffee available for just a few hours each morning. General amenities like hangers, coffee machine, cups or flatware unavailable. Staff was great.
