I didn’t like the customer service.. Very rude and not helpful at all. Instead of finding solutions the representative would rather turn you away

Call Ahead When we got there they didn’t have our room. So they gave us 2 rooms. The room me and my wife’s room it smelled of marijuana and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. The breakfast area is kinda small and people are forced to sit in the middle of people getting food.

After confirming my reservation day before trip, I arrived to find the hotel was overbooked and would not provide a room. Staff argued with me about my reservation and though they found me a room at another hotel 2 miles away, that hotel had no record of the reservation and this required serious time to resolve

I usually do not leave reviews BUT after this experience, I must do so. I simply could not BELIEVE this was a Marriott property. It was old, smelly, unclean, depressing and just plain out dirty. We felt uncomfortable sleeping there. We arrived late at night for a three night stay in the Atlanta area. Upon entry to our room we LITERALLY had a conversation about leaving immediately and finding other accommodations. 1/26/18 Stay Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel suites I had both were very nice and clean. The other two things that I am very disappointed about is that the alarm kept going off that Friday night throughout the Saturday morning which was very annoying and loud. I could barely sleep after paying almost $400 dollars. Also Eartha I believe her name the receptionist really needs an attitude adjustment. All she did was complain while I was checking in and some of my party stayed the same.

This is a Marriott?? I really expected a Marriott property to be far above this in simply condition and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and it was convenient to where I needed to be. I would not stay in this property again.
