The property is DIRTY. The halls, the rooms, the elevators, all dirty. Trash and dirt on the floors. There were roaches in the bathroom. Stained sheets. Stained lampshades. Dirt caked on the baseboards. Everything smelled of old smoke. Also, we prepaid for a suite and when we checked in there were no suites available. “First come first served” we were told. The staff was extra friendly. The rooms were not clean. My biggest problem was that I called and told them my daughter would be arriving late, that she and her children were on the road and would arrive after midnight. Her room was cancelled and they had to find other accomodations for the first night but did find us another room for the remaining two nights.

The fire alarm system went off from 2am -5am that night. We were all out side for those hours Due to a maintenance issue in extended spring building. I called all that night and was told a manager would be reaching out to me. This was last week

Booked the room in advance, got to the hotel the front desk clerk said they were sold out and they had tried to contact me. I asked the clerk would I be charged, she said no but now I have $150 charge that I have to get refunded... very rude of them to give my room away and not have another option for and yet I was still charged!

Everything about my stay was exceptional except for the front desk staff. They were snappy and rude
