For a getaway without kids it was ok for us we just needed to sleep. As a business owner that cleans and manages hotels in my area I was disappointed to see entryway front deck areas filthy. I was shocked my room was cleaner then the rest of the hotel. The elevator was not moving like it should definitely smelt burned wire and stopped working for a minute while on it. Whomever the owner is definitely needs to hire a cleaning team to come thro and clean carpets walls everything it needs attention.

I won't lie, when we first arrived, i walked into a cluster at the front desk. There were literally 10 people in the lobby trying to hash out not only where their reservation was but the fact that the staff had called off so only a few rooms were cleaned. The desk clerk looked at me and said "chances are, i don't have your reservation but take a seat and I'll be with you." As I'm sitting down she asks for my last name and does confirm that she did have ours which was odd as I had only booked and paid for the room three days ... read more
Downgraded Showed up to the hotel after check in time and was told we were downgraded from a king to a queen because they didn't get time to clean. The queen was right next to the entrance and you could hear everything so sleep was not good. Not sure why we had to pay the same price for a downgrade.

I found the accommodations met and exceeded all of my basic needs. I was very comfortable and the staff were all great. For what I paid, it was far beyond my expectations. I would recommend it when someone is looking for clean, comfortable but basic accommodations.
