Downgraded Showed up to the hotel after check in time and was told we were downgraded from a king to a queen because they didn't get time to clean. The queen was right next to the entrance and you could hear everything so sleep was not good. Not sure why we had to pay the same price for a downgrade.

I found the accommodations met and exceeded all of my basic needs. I was very comfortable and the staff were all great. For what I paid, it was far beyond my expectations. I would recommend it when someone is looking for clean, comfortable but basic accommodations.

Better Breakfast
Didn't understand Extended Stay, there were no utensils, pots and pans etc in the room, but there towels and dishcloths with dish detergent on the counter.

Manager was very helpful
A place to sleep Check in was slow, as the room I booked wasn't available, but a manager was able to assist the clerk to get me checked in to the proper room. Issue with the keys/lock, and then our room had an odd smell to it, and the carpet felt damp in front of the window/A/C. We left an item behind, accidentally, and the front desk was not terribly helpful in finding a way to get it back (hadn't even confirmed they found the item) but after I followed up, I was able to confirm they found the item, and we knew someone in t... read more
