Front Desk was very helpful to direct me to a different Extended Stay after the original booked room through Expedia was not available.

They didn't have the room that I requested and paid for thru Travelocity. I ended up having to pay the hotel directly to obtain two rooms that met my needs. Luckily the hotel management comp'ed one of the two rooms for me, so I only had to pay for one room upfront. Now I still waiting for a refund from Travelocity on the original reservation that I had made 2 months prior
No fuss and has all the basics... bed was surprisingly comfy. hotwater worked and also had a full size fridge. Obviously outdated and a little dingy but it does the trick. Location is central to Troy and Auburn Hills... right off the freeway. Area is quiet and peaceful but still close to food joints and coffee. Staff was friendly warm and accommodating!

Weekend escape bit of a mess The kitchen area was gross, we cleaned the counters refrigerator, and inside cabinets ourselves. The desk had a broken leg that fell every time it was jarred. I just wanted to hang out with my friends and tune out the rest of the world, so we didn't complain to the staff and made do. Check-in and check-out were great, and staff was friendly. Housekeeping and maintenace need to do a better job and communicate if a room needs to be pulled out of service.

I would have liked a better room than what I received. I was given a room right by a side entry door in the corner.
