Quiet dislikes staff rude and unprofessional, not very informative about rules or when rooms get cleaned

After a very long year of not wanting to leave town due to the pandemic I finally decided to take a short weekend drive and stay in ATX. Upon getting to the hotel I was greeted By Lola at the check in lobby and she was AMAZING! Excellent service and very happy which is honestly needed after not being around too many people all year. She was extremely helpful with tips about the city and gave me some great ideas to do in town that would still be safe to do even with the pandemic. Disappointed this time. I love the location of this property, but they are always understaffed with the front desk clerk always running around. She was very nice, but pulled away from the desk often. The phone in my room flashed as if I had a message & I couldn't turn it off. The phone was so dirty I didn't want to touch it. No hair conditioner, only shampoo...cheap!
