Good stay Overall, room was clean and comfortable. Just felt like the place needed a fresh coat of paint and some updating. Location is great if attending events at Palmer Event Center or Performance venue, very walkable. Not far from various food options too, besides the Whataburger across the street.

Bare-bone "hotel" -- more like a glorified motel. They advertise free breakfast, however that's inaccurate. All they have is free coffee plus a few prepackaged granola bars and stale muffins. Internet speed is dismal - the fastest I could go was 1.9Mbit down and 945kbps up. In other words welcome back to late 1990s. Water pressure in the shower is also barely acceptable due to low-flow shower heads. Beds are good though and the place is really close to the convention center.

Why no coffee pot? We got the kitchenette so we could cook, we understood that it wouldn't have any cookware, silverware, or plates unless we paid.... however, no coffee maker without a fee, that was disappointing... I have always had a coffee pot in the rooms..they don't say anything to you at check in .☹️

Good location We arrived early and the staff went out of their way to see if a room was ready. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little out of date. Breakfast was minimal but okay. The location was just right. It was with in walking distance of downtown and on many different transit lines.
