Get better housekeeping staff.. Everything was okay except the room wasn't very sanitized. When I'm renting a room to stay a few nights and it's not clean, I cannot be comfortable. If I can't be comfortable why would I ever stay at this location? Let alone any other location owned by that company... Especially during times like these. Fire your housekeeping staff and build a whole new team from the ground up. Formulate new process to ensure that this type of oversight never happens to any paying customer again.

NW Austin Hotel Good location. Clean and comfortable but looking a bit warn. Breakfast was included, if you consider an oatmeal bar and coffee breakfast.
Issac was very pleasant and nice while I checked in and out. Staff were nice. Room was very clean.

the room was clean but, had a sell of stale cigarette smoke
