I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is an extended stay type hotel, so the rates are very accomodating. The greatest part about it is there is a kitchen in the room, this helps because if you are staying a great length of time, you don't have to worry about spending extra money with eating out every day. I also like the fact they gave you as much coffee and such as you would like (there was also a coffee pot & toaster in the room)...and we drink a lot of coffee. comfortable in the end it was fine, but somehow the reservation made thru [...] for non smoking was sent as "smoking room" to the hotel. they changed rooms for me, no problem, but second room had windows that did not close..that was a problem. finally after a 3rd try, I got a supposedly non smoking room that smelled a little funny, but i took it. bed was comfortable enough and front desk person was very cordial. it is just an older facility, but great location.

Extended Stay Arboretum The room was comfortable the only real complaint I had was having to go down to the front desk to get coffee, and clean towels. For what I needed it was a good rate and close to where I needed to go.

Customer Service lacking The first clerk was very unprofessional in all aspects. When I asked for a wake up call he stated that that was not provided because they had alarm clocks in every room. When I checked the clock it did not have a battery for power failure backup. I went to the clerk and asked for a bettery and he told me that they don't have power failures so they don't provide batteries.

Best Attribute - Location My biggest complaints are the lack of sound proof rooms and small bathrooms with poor lighting. I don't think it matters if you are a heavy sleeper because you will most likely hear anyone walking heavier or talking louder than average.
