Staff at hotel was so helpfull We had a real good stay, the hotel is not full of luxury but is comfortable, clean and well located for our needs. The staff at the hotel was so nice and helpfull with direction to places we needed to go.

Room for Improvement I really liked the entry into the kitchen area and the dishes there and ice in the room. The bed and pillow was not the most comfortable. I prefer soft and comfier. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank You.

Great price for the location We usually stay in this hotel, its close to most places we need to go to in Austin and it's not as expensive as the places closer to downtown. If you plan to stay in austin for long periods of time, you will be happy with the mini kitchen it has. You can save some money cooking some meals yourself. Definitely recommend it, just make sure if you are a nonsmoker to make sure they give you a nonsmoking room, we once got put in a smoking room and it was unbearable, fortunately they quickly gave us an... read more

Hotal was was in good location. Wish that there was daily room clean-up. The only down side to our stay was the bed not being made and having to go exchange towels. Other than that, the room and hotel far exceeded our expectations. For the cost, we will stay here again.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is an extended stay type hotel, so the rates are very accomodating. The greatest part about it is there is a kitchen in the room, this helps because if you are staying a great length of time, you don't have to worry about spending extra money with eating out every day. I also like the fact they gave you as much coffee and such as you would like (there was also a coffee pot & toaster in the room)...and we drink a lot of coffee. comfortable in the end it was fine, but somehow the reservation made thru [...] for non smoking was sent as "smoking room" to the hotel. they changed rooms for me, no problem, but second room had windows that did not close..that was a problem. finally after a 3rd try, I got a supposedly non smoking room that smelled a little funny, but i took it. bed was comfortable enough and front desk person was very cordial. it is just an older facility, but great location.
