comfortable and economical. Staff was courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. The grab and go breakfast didn't deserve the label breakfast. I was grateful I chose extended stay

Easy access for transportation. The room was quite comfortable by being able to adjust temperature and keeping and using food service facilities. It was very quiet from other guests and outside noise. I would stay again if in the area.
Good Value Comfortable room and friendly staff. Could have a better breakfast selection, but overall a good value.
Great Staff. Clean room. The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and deserve big raises. I stayed from 9/13 - 9/16 and the front desk staff, especially Daniel, was very courteous and helpful. Not many amenities at this hotel but if youre simply looking for a clean safe place to sleep, it's great for the price.
Cheap, Comfy, and Clean I was impressed by the room, it was large and had a full kitchen with dishes included. The bed was really comfortable and we slept great! I thought it was a great deal for the price, considering all the hotels directly by it were much more expensive. I think the only downside was that they don't offer a full breakfast.
Decor doesn't look like it has been updated since 1970s. "Breakfast" is packaged granola bars, muffins and a few apples and oranges. Lobby desk closes at 11PM. Housekeeping is once per week.
Just OK place in nice area of Austin (Arboretum) We booked this place based on it's location (close to early morning appointment the next day). We were not looking for anything "special", but anticipated a bit more than what we got. We checked in around 11:00 PM and was surprised to find the lobby doors locked (again, this is a nice area of Austin).
