Extended Stay Arboretum The room was comfortable the only real complaint I had was having to go down to the front desk to get coffee, and clean towels. For what I needed it was a good rate and close to where I needed to go.

Customer Service lacking The first clerk was very unprofessional in all aspects. When I asked for a wake up call he stated that that was not provided because they had alarm clocks in every room. When I checked the clock it did not have a battery for power failure backup. I went to the clerk and asked for a bettery and he told me that they don't have power failures so they don't provide batteries.

Best Attribute - Location My biggest complaints are the lack of sound proof rooms and small bathrooms with poor lighting. I don't think it matters if you are a heavy sleeper because you will most likely hear anyone walking heavier or talking louder than average.

Great room for the money. Very comfortable and good location. Service was not great, but appropriate for the price.

Happy with it Very nice service from David at the front desk. Good place. Cleaner carpets than other Extended Stays. Accommodating to little request, quiet, good access. Kitchen very handy.

Great staff Great staff, very helpful and friendly, just the location was not so peaceful, too much noise from the highway. Our carpet was just disgusting. Overall still good for the price and the good staff and having a little kitchen was great.

Convient, quiet & good price Very good shopping and restaurants nearby. Free pass to Gold's Gym.

Super location & free pass to Gold's Gym Extended Stay hotels provide clean, reasonably priced hotels in good locations. I've stayed in Extended Stay hotels in Virginia several times and have always been satisfied with the accomodations.
