Another Great Stay The staff here is nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and movie theater in the Arboretum. I will be definately staying here when I'm in Austin.

Great Hotel at the Arborteum Upon check-in the front desk staff, Lisa, was friendly and hospitable. She presented me with a goodie bag along with the key to the room. The room was spaciaous, quiet and very clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for my visit. I enjoyed walking to the stores, restaurants, and movie theater. I highly recommend this hotel for it's great rate and all of the above.

Convenient for Stay This hotel was convenient for our stay in Northwest Austin. We appreciated the kitchenette and full sized refrigerator/freezer. The price through Hotels.com was reasonable.

I'm not a fan The hotel staff was very very nice!! The room was gross. The beds were sagging. The bed I stayed in was gross and it smelled like smoke when we got there. Do not think I will stay there again.

Staff at hotel was so helpfull We had a real good stay, the hotel is not full of luxury but is comfortable, clean and well located for our needs. The staff at the hotel was so nice and helpfull with direction to places we needed to go.

Room for Improvement I really liked the entry into the kitchen area and the dishes there and ice in the room. The bed and pillow was not the most comfortable. I prefer soft and comfier. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank You.

Great price for the location We usually stay in this hotel, its close to most places we need to go to in Austin and it's not as expensive as the places closer to downtown. If you plan to stay in austin for long periods of time, you will be happy with the mini kitchen it has. You can save some money cooking some meals yourself. Definitely recommend it, just make sure if you are a nonsmoker to make sure they give you a nonsmoking room, we once got put in a smoking room and it was unbearable, fortunately they quickly gave us an... read more

Hotal was was in good location. Wish that there was daily room clean-up. The only down side to our stay was the bed not being made and having to go exchange towels. Other than that, the room and hotel far exceeded our expectations. For the cost, we will stay here again.
