A great place to stay, on the outskirts of Austin I visited Austin for business for 5 days and stayed at the Extended Stay, Arboretum, which was only a couple of miles from my clients office. The efficiency apartment was spacious enough, well fitted out and in excellent condition. The best thing was the staff on the front desk, all of whom were friendly and helpful. A real home from home. Add in convenient onsite parking and a grab and go breakfast and the value proposition is great. Would use again.
burgain price, amazing location and great staff good size room. no highway noise. front desk staff Lisa gets 110% for being very nice and welcoming.

Pleasant experience but expected great for the cost The hotel was clean and well maintained overall. There wasn't really a hotel staff but rather just one person who worked at the front desk and then the housekeeping staff during the day shift. The price was extremely high for what we got, but I guess that's to be expected when visiting Austin during SXSW week. We stayed at the downtown location of this same chain as well and preferred our experience there much more than at this arboretum location.
