Made reservations ten minutes prior to arrival and was told that I did not have a reservation and I could not get a refund.

The property is average. It is outdated and the rooms are outdated. There nothing to offer in the rooms. (No coffee etc.) Floors were a bit dirty.
There were no breakfast (but it said so) and no room service for 3 days.
Dirty, only coffee, No resolution fm management
When entering our room the bedhead had splashes of something all over one. The kitchenette is oudated It had a foul smell in the room
Read the minor details on the property not a 24hr checkin.
I did not get a chance to stay because of car problem and they hotel did not give me a refund.
