Unsafe outdated and dirty. Toothpaste on the mirror, sheets smelled unclean. I left before night 2 and yall couldn’t even get that night I didn’t stay refunded either.

Staff extremely rude. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. TV remote barely worked. Didn’t feel or smell clean.

Staff did not charge to room to the correct card, the entire place smelled like cheap incense.

Avoid it. I booked over hotels.com but when arriving there at 11 pm, they said that the the hotel is sold out and I had to spend the night in the airport as all other hotels in Austin were sold out. The hotel personel was just saying again again " we're sold out" whatever I ask for a solution. Horrible hotel and horrible experience.

Worst checking in experience The hotel didn't honor my reservation after more than 30 minutes. Thanks to Sonesta Suites I got a place to sleep.
