Found a cockroach dead on our kitchen table. Random leakage on the floor at the foot of the bed. Computer chairs were dirty and stained. Hair from previous occupants in the bedsheets.

I need a refund. I arrived to the Hotel and the staff advised they did not have my reservations. I provided my confirmation number and they still did not have my reservations on file. They stated I needed to contact Expedia.

THIS PLACE SMELLS AWFUL. I'm not typically one to leave a bad review but I have never experienced such rancid smells in a hotel before. From the moment you walk in, the lobby smells weird. The elevator smelled like smoke. The hallway smelled like rotten food and the room they put us in was ABYSMAL. Very poor condition and poor service. Ran out of breakfast by 8 am no coffee. I left name of fiancé night before to give key and add to room. He arrived and this hadn’t been done. Place smells horrible and our room had foul odor. We stay in Extended Stay often but NEVER one so horrible as this one. In a nice part of town ARBORETUM we expected more. Never again!
