I got to the hotel but was told they were overbooked and that I should call orbitz to get my money refund and that I should find another hotel and they couldn’t do anything

Pepping Tom someone yelling in the lobby all night. Could hear the guy in the room next to us snoring. Got there said they were booked and no room but then amazingly they had one after a heated conversation. Don’t go!!

Poor service Free coffee in rooms not served . Excuse was Covid . No housekeeping . Front desk set off alarm by cooking bacon . Scared the hell out of me . Cleanliness was good . Comfort good . This site doesn’t seem to care to put salt on sidewalks where there was frozen ice to prevent falls during the winter storm .
