This property was overbooked, despite several pre-arrival points of contact to avoid this from happening as it was a post-midnight arrival. Very stressful experience.

The hotel cancelled our reservation after 8pm, leaving us with no place to stay. Staff was very unsympathetic.

I booked in advance through Expedia. I had a long day with my children, hoping to just get into bed and end my day. Extended Stay did not have a room for me. Staff was unapologetic and did not offer any alternative. I will never stay at Extended Stay again. I will never use Expedia.com again!

A lot of money for not much. Lights between beds didn’t work, light over closet didn’t work, and out of nowhere the fluorescent light fixture fell on the floor. “ continental”;breakfast was coffee and dry snack bars. Wouldn’t stay again.

Around 2am my 1st night there a group of kids where having what seemed like a party in room 224, next to me. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. Later that morning on my way out to San Antonio, I notified the lady at the front desk. Very unhappy with the response and sense of urgency!
