The staff is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The room itself was clean, but unfortunately, in the room, couldn't adjust where the AC would blow, the bed was so uncomfortable and noisy, and the fridge was extremely loud. So I didn't even sleep normally. :-(

We were there for two nights on a busy weekend for Austin, so there weren't many choices, but I was happy to find this place. It was extremely expensive for what it was, but I got it was this particular weekend, so I was okay with it. But there was no water on the premises. The vending machine was broken. There was no ice. The TV didn't work. There was a kitchen, but no plates or cups or pots or silverware or anything to use the kitchen. Not even a coffee maker. It was just disappointing.
