The property smelled like smoke and it was not clean not what I expected was very noisy beds were not comfortable at all. Won't stay there again

We left after 5 min in the property. The property was warm and had an odd smell. Room and bathroom were tiny - bed uncomfortable. We promptly checked out and got a refund. Thanks

I didn't like anything. Room 1 wasn't ready. Room 2 was hadwood floors, cracked windows, and cobwebs. No maid service. No clean towels. Overflowing trashcans. A small TV with bad reception. Complained to the staff - they nodded and didn't respond. Stay away.

Ohhh nooo When I got there to check in 30 minutes before check in time the lady said they didn’t have any rooms cleaned yet and that it would take about 1hr for one to become available. We went and came back about 2hrs later. I had my 95yr old Grandma with me and she is in a wheelchair. I needed the handicap room I requested. I went to check back in and they said the room still hadn’t been cleaned. It would take another 30 minutes. Rough Front desk was consistently unattended. Had an issue with room key and had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to show up. Was then lied to that they were in the back after I had gone over the counter and knocked on the door. Room did not have basic essentials like shampoo or soap or enough towels.

Hotel amenities/no continental breakfast The area was very nice and very close to where I needed to be and the hotel room was clean but you can tell it was an older hotel. The bed was horrible and very uncomfortable I felt like I was sleeping on the floor and at a decline and there was no toilet paper or shampoo. But I guess you get what you pay for
