The employees at the property didn’t have great customer service at all. They weren’t readily available for the customers. They never changed our sheets, even when we requested. We were forced to do it our selves.

pesima experiencia llegamos al hotel y no teníamos resevacion el hotel estaba lleno y las personas del hotel que nos atendió no lo pudo resolver no pudimos quedarnos en ese hotel ni nos solucionaron nuestro problema, espero que me regresen mi dinero

Difficult to tell if the bedding was clean or not because of large stain on bottom sheet, I suspect it wasn't and the shower wall still had soap residue on it from the previous occupant of the room.

The first room I was put in smelled so strongly of marijuana we had to be moved. The second room had dirty sheets, a dirty counter, no cups/toiletries, and smelled molded. And breakfast? Coffee and granola bars. Absolutely would not recommend this place.

The entire property smelled like weed, the staff was not friendly at all, there were burns on the ceiling in our room. The bathroom was tiny and had a burn in the floor. Do not recommend. Overpriced for the low quality.

The price point for this hotel is too high. It should not be advertised as a free breakfast. Coffee and granola bars were the only options. The rooms did not have the essentials like a coffee pot, cups, plates, or an ice bucket. You could request those items but they should have been automatically in the room. The room was dirty as in dusty and dirty surfaces. The only plus for this hotel is proximity to shopping.

The room was disgusting. Not properly cleaned. Stuff was broken off the walls, dust everywhere, pubic hair on the hair dryer in the bathroom, and dead bugs under the microwave.
