The shower had hair in it and they gave us one bar of soap and it was facial soap, so it wasn’t even big. No shampoo or conditioner. Their breakfast was just a coffee.

Our room was not very clean. As we walked in the room smelled and the carpet looked like it wasn't vacuum for days. We even seen toe nails. They don't clean everyday like most hotels we had to ask for fresh new towels

Hotel room was not prepared for me. Shower curtain was off. No shampoo or soap. Room was not dusted and clock wasn’t set to right time. Rooms small old. Nothing fresh.

Dirty rooms and understaffed First of all, was stunned and shocked only 1 employee present upon check in~ after 6:30pm. She was so busy multi tasking, truly felt bad for her. OK I guess for the type of room. Extended stay. Not a typical hotel with room cleaning after the first night stay. No shampoo or soap.
