Terrible customer service The desk attendant is constantly away from the desk, the phone goes unanswered. When I walked to the desk I waited some before an attendant showed. I asked for a late checkout, I’d been trying to obtain a late checkout since 6am via the unanswered phone calls, only to be told the hotel was at capacity and had no space available to allow for such. Horrible smell throughout the whole hotel and lies about the services they provide

This was an awful experience. After checking in, we went to our room to find that some stranger was using the toilet in our room since the door had been propped open. This at midnight. The hotel staff didn't answer the phone when called. The light in the bathroom wasn't functioning and the shower head was spraying water all over the bathroom. The faucet for the sink in the kitchen was coming detached from the counter. Very poor maintenance.

The room did not look like the pictures online . Thought it would look the same as it did online. Look kinda run down. Not worth what I paid for.

Rusty silverware. Hole in carpet. Dark and dirty. Don't check in 1 hour early. Unfriendly staff wanted to charge. You have to ask for dishes which they give in plastic tub. CAN OPENER was rusty. Silverware dirty. No soap to wash!! Hole in carpet. Room felt dirty.

there were no hotel employees there when i showed up to check in after booking online. I waited for over an hour and someone final showed up and checked me in.

Not What I expected for an Extended Stay Hotel I was not impressed with the front desk staff. No one seemed to know how to handle anything – It started with a simple request, a coffee maker in the room and may be a coffee mug? I was told that they do not keep these items in the rooms, I was concerned, since I had stay at Extended Stays before and the room always had coffee pots and kitchen items available for use…. Terrible Experiencia TERRIBLE experiencia .. llegamos el viernes 19 de Enero 2018, alrededor de las 12:30am, no habia nadie en la recepcion ,..despues de mas de 20 minutos tratando de llamar a alguien aparecio la recpcionista????? estaba en el area de lavadoras ???? no pudimos hacer el check in en ese momento sino despues de casi 20 minutos ya que el sistema tenia problemas ?????.
