Booked a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. The floor was stained and was not very clean.

Nasty, Gross Hotel Hotel is creepy; the lobby and room were dingy, looked dirty, smelled musty and seen cockroaches in my room. A pair of men’s socks was in my room, so presuming the room was not cleaned. There was no bathtub safety strips to prevent accidents.

The Staff is Great, but the then you have the room The front desk staff was friendly, wonderful! (Even have gifts-glow bracelet for the kids!) However...the seemingly clean room, didn't seem so clean when I found an errant hair in the tub, (let's not forget no coffee even in the lobby, no cups in rooms, "breakfast" is granola bars and fruit you can walk out the door with") and the fleas that came out in the night that...well, I didn't KNOW they could bite people so many times!! DON'T STAY HERE! The room was dingy and dirty. Hotel was creepy. It took us almost 20 minutes to get checked in. And no one was at the front desk when we checked out. We will never stay here again

Only If You're Desperate The staff was very friendly but not professional. Neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and stores nearby but a lot of shaky characters hanging around. The room appeared clean but I found blood (!) on the side of our mattress when we were checking out. There are better options for comparable price.

Slept well, but not up to my standard. Good night sleep. Kitchen ware was scary, not clean. Soap scum on bathroom sink counter. Crumbs in the fridge. Over priced. Older facility. Very nice personnel, very accomodating and professional.

Avoid if possible While the hotel staff are pleasant, the condition of the hotel and the poor location make this a bad choice. On initially walking into the hotel you'll notice it smells bad. And inside the rooms it still smells musty even after cleaning. The clientele includes some very scary looking people. I wouldn't leave the room after dark. And there is no refreshing of the room and towels if you're only doing a short stay.

Horrible! We chose this hotel based on location and last minute availability. The first impression when we entered the lobby was a strong smell of cigarettes. The following day we asked for clean towels and were told they had none, to try back later. The trash was never emptied, people left bags of trash in the hallway which made the halls smell. The beds left a lot to be desired as well as the "continental breakfast." The only good thing was the coffee. The receptionists during the day were not friendly or helpful.
