extremely basic amenities Pro: The room was spacious and comfortable. The WiFi access was reliable. The room had two televisions and a small functional kitchen. Con: Our room had no bath towels. The free breakfast consisted of picked over fruit, granola bars and oatmeal. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was a kitchen, but you have to ask for supplies in order to use it. There were no extra blankets.

Horrible smell with species stains At this particular hotel they allow pets to be in the room which I have no problems with pets but unfortunately there was a smell in the room that we could not figure out what it was.Come to find out it was species smell from previous people who have there pets in the room. We reported it to the front desk and was given another room fortunately this other room was worse than the other. Do it yourself!! Room was clean bed was alright but had to go to front desk every day to get new towels and wash cloths no one came to clean our room the three days that we were there!! Probably won't stay there anymore!!!

Bring your own broom Very dirty hotel with trash everywhere. Nasty cooking smell in the hall ways. Room is very frugal with nothing but two small soap bars and toilet papers. Sorry I am harsh - I forgot a box of tissue. But nothing else. There are ZERO utensil in the fairly large kitchenette! But seriously, they need to hire staff to clean the hotel. Entrances are loaded with dirt, tree leaves and all sort of things. We stayed only one night - thanks God.

Don't stay here! They were having trouble with the key system so the one person behind the desk had to escort everyone to the rooms. Took an hour to get checked in. When checking out, noone behind the desk for 10 minutes. Breakfast options almost non-existant. Room cleaniness... Sheets had not been changed! Luckily, there was some extra sheets & an extra pillow. I changed the sheets. Never again. My last time to stay at this hotel!

Better options elsewhere I stayed here years ago, and it was a clean, decent hotel. Now, it is simply horrible. The hotel smells upon entry into the foyer. As you progress to the elevator, and different smell originates from old smokers and mold. As I looked at the carpet its was not vacuumed (on every floor). As we entered the elevator is too was unclean on the floor and the stainless steal was wiped carelessly and had grey streaks all over it. BED BUGS My sister in law was in from Japan and we got her a room at this hotel for 2 nights. Upon returning to our house just a reminder of her trip she had several bug bite patches on her body. we brought it to the hotel managers attention with no response.
