Todo el hotel esta muy sucio no entiendo como ustedes pueden promocionarlo, todo estaba sucio, compré una habitación para dos y habia y sofá cama para la segunda persona y el sofá cama estaba espantoso, horrible, tuve que dormir apretado con la otra persona, dicen que hay desayuno incluido y es completamente falso!!!!! Me sentí estafado con este hotel, desde que llegue hasta que me fui que no había nadie para hacer el check out y colocar alguna queja!!!

Unsafe Hotel I checked in a little after 2 p.m. The foyer was empty & lacked a"Welcome" vibe to it. I sure as heck hope they are having renovations but there was signs of an upkeep. I had to use the main phone to call for assistance as no one at front desk The young man came out of office area within 2 minutes. I left after checking in as no time to go deposit my bag I came back with my Daughter after 9 p.m. We parked in the back parking lot. Very nasty! No staff was avaiable to check in. Animals without leashes...not good at all. Felt very unsafe!

disgusting roach infested, ants all over the furniture, bug parts stuck in towels and blankets, stunk like and old burnt out building, everything was dirty like they didn't have housekeeping.
