disgusting roach infested, ants all over the furniture, bug parts stuck in towels and blankets, stunk like and old burnt out building, everything was dirty like they didn't have housekeeping.

Mucho olor a mariguana , las luces las encendía y no sentía que había luz , todo se veía muy viejo y el servicio horrible .

Once we arrived we were told that they didn’t have any rooms due a plumbing issue but I was still charged for the room

Totally careless hotel. Dirty carpet on the halls. It smells smoke and cigarette. There were leaks in the shower faucets. No curtains in the shower box, the bathroom floor gets flooded. There are bad bugs in the rooms. Little cockroaches gets from the back of the cabinets. Guests throw trash in the corridors and make loud noise during the night. No security on duty. The guests sweep all muffins and fruit bars early in the breakfast time and the management don’t refill them. Extremely poorly managed!! Terrible experience

NASTY!!!! I booked two rooms for our employees to stay in. They sent me a picture of a huge pile of urine and said that had found dog poop in their room. Our techs travel a lot for us and this is the first time they have called and asked to please not ever book this hotel!!! NASTY!!!!

The Shining My room had no pillows no shower curtain and there was tile missing in the bathroom. I had to switch rooms and the door would not unlock on the second room. Then I had to move again and everything was old outdated and in very poor condition.
