Brittney the manager is completely unprofessional and rude. Rooms didn’t have clean linens and pull out sofas were horrible shape with nasty stains.

Disgusting room, door locks did not work properly, entire room and towels smelled of smoke. Roaches in bathroom. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I was on a business visit and booked this place. Toilet was dirty with no regular house keeping. Even on request they didnt cleaned the toilet. Rooms did not had enough lights and even after asking for a lamp it was not provided. Kitchen didint had even a single spoon or a cup. Todo el hotel esta muy sucio no entiendo como ustedes pueden promocionarlo, todo estaba sucio, compré una habitación para dos y habia y sofá cama para la segunda persona y el sofá cama estaba espantoso, horrible, tuve que dormir apretado con la otra persona, dicen que hay desayuno incluido y es completamente falso!!!!! Me sentí estafado con este hotel, desde que llegue hasta que me fui que no había nadie para hacer el check out y colocar alguna queja!!!

Unsafe Hotel I checked in a little after 2 p.m. The foyer was empty & lacked a"Welcome" vibe to it. I sure as heck hope they are having renovations but there was signs of an upkeep. I had to use the main phone to call for assistance as no one at front desk The young man came out of office area within 2 minutes.
