Only ok Locks were not working, carpet badly frayed, substandard cleaning, no towels in room, only employee on duty was friendly but overwhelmed

One night stay Needs more help Card system was down which was inconvenient I’m very patient but other customers were rude and loud Feels there should be more than one person there to assist each other in the matter The room was good enough for one night somewhere to lay Wasn’t dirty or very clean it was just okay

Room 211 Overall I it was a good experience. My recommendations are: * make sure the blanket is clean; it was not terrible but had hair which I wasn’t sure if it was from human or from dog. * the chair in the work space was very unstable and therefore uncomfortable. * the carpet by the bathroom is torn and looks ugly.
