Cleanliness doesn’t seem like a priority. Staff was friendly. Three of the lights of our suite were not working. The kitchen was dirty with oil. The bed had a bit of dirt on it. We only stayed for one night but we were disappointed on the cleanliness. There were trash cans outside and in the hallways that were full up to the top. People still threw trash in there, causing a massive overflow. It stayed overnight as well. We assumed it was due to staff shortages. Convenient to stores. Access to hotel from freeway is a bit of a challenge if you aren't familiar with Austin.

Property was located in a very good area near sunset valley. The hotel itself is weirdly placed in an area where roads are hard to locate. Not properly maintained outside, room was clean but had old stuff in it, has roaches too :(

A great place on a budget Very nice, affordable stay. Nothing fancy, but absolutely great on a budget. Polite and friendly staff, clean rooms and building. Generally well maintained. Other than the mattress being a little stiffer than I prefer, it was just right for my needs.

Friday when we checked in I get in the room and had to kill a roach. Also it was no hot water in the shower or the sink.
