Hotel was Ok for a 1-night stay. The hotel hallways didn't smell very clean. Carpets were dirty. The room was much better. Bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great.

Lady that was at front desk was never there in the morning had multiple people waiting would have to yell to get her to come up front. Also walls very thin heard all noises through walls people above us stomped all night.

- Good staffs, - clean rooms - close to plaza - the location is great which is at the intersection of all highway, but the entrance is easy to miss

Traveling for work the room was not cleaned we found multiple items in the room

One of the elevators, Car 2, sounded and felt like it would fall and kill you any second. Every light, the clock, and the TV were all unplugged, I had to crawl around to get them going. Worst of all, I reserved a smoking room, they have switched to nonsmoking and didn't even think I might like to know.
