room was good size. bad part check in is at 3pm I showed up at 2:30 and was going to check in but the said no but they could do early check in for $25.00. for 30 minutes early? and after check in it would have been about 20 minutes early. anyways got to room. no cups to drink out of no coffee pot no dishes to cook on stove with and there is no ice machine in motel and there were no ice trays in freezer. so had to go back down to desk from 4th floor and get trays and coffee pot. there was still trash and guest card from prior... read more

Great place to stay Staff was awesome!! Beds were great! Lobby was a little dirty, easy fix. I would stay here again.

Let down Extended stay places bring to mind being able to make coffee or a meal for yourself. The cupboards were bare- you had to ask for a coffee pot or any dishes. There was no toaster. If you tried to open the cupboards near the sink at the same time you got pinched pretty hard. Seemed like a design flaw. Breakfast was coffee and cheap, hard granola bars. The coffee creamer pump was missing from one of the large creamer bottles and the bottles were full of hardened drips. Our room was not ready at 7:30 pm. Had to wait unt... read more

Found a long black hair in the tub, the person above me was up very early on 2 mornings and woke me with their walking. I asked for some plates etc. at the front desk on my way out and they handed them to me and when I asked if they could deliver them they said the couldn't. The literature I was handed said they would deliver the plates etc. to the room.
