Stay here every few years since 2012, Oak Hill resident many years - staff was GREAT, especially Sheila that night, she made my visiting friend very comfortable; rooms were great, the kitchens great. Few dislikes were the luggage cart - dangerous for old ladies like us, we could not manage it very well, and felt it not safe. It was clean and quiet. And it was well located for trips into downtown and Zilker Park.

Not a bad place overall but needs work. A lot of broken things in the room and had to switch for a noisy air conditioner. Basic things you would find in other hotels such as personal coffee pots and ice machines were non-existent in this hotel. Also was the first place I've been to where room service costed extra.

The staff is very friendly and makes every effort to make us feel comfortable and at home... The refrigerator in our room was not up to temperature so two women from the front delivered another and installed it. We were totally impressed! Would recommend Extended Stay to others.

Served it's Purpose It was ok for a one night stay. It an odd location. GPS kept sending us to areas where nothing was at. Dated. No utensils, plates, pots, etc. So kitchen was usely unless you brought your own. Staff was nice.
