My room was clean. Facilities were clean. Noise factor just o.k. What brought down my stay was the fact that my first shower did not have hot water. I ran the water for about 7 minutes to get lukewarm water (and I don't like to waste water). I reported it to management. The next morning, I had the same issue. They acknowledged that hot water has been an issue at the hotel.

kinda ok Alfonso and the manager were very helpful. Their was some sort of construction going on so I was woken up early. The elevators were filthy.. There was no holder for the toilet paper roll. It would've been ok, for about $30 less.

Extended Stay - Not for the price Early check in fee when rooms available, strike one. There were nail clippings on one of the bed covers. Strike two. The bathroom door had to be pulled on very hard to close, strike three. Luckily we only had to stay one night. The pillows had no support, the mattresses were extremely firm.
