This felt like the place guys stay when working away from home for a while. It’s a smoke free floor that stank of stale smoke. My room smelled like a guys locker room. I would have checked out immediately (there as a single lady) but I had to be in the area and wasn’t going to be in my room except to sleep.

Extended Stay - Austin Online this hotel looks fairly nice, but it is very old when you actually arrive. The lobby was very dirty and the employees were talking trash about guests. The rooms were old but clean, however the walls are thin and you hear everything around you. It wasn’t a bad hotel and I don’t have any nightmare stories, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Halls on the floor were unclean. 3 days and never had a maid come in for towel replacement. Room refrigerator was very noisy. Squeaky floor above me when people walked. LOUD clientele with arguments and slamming doors at 3AM. Never stay here again if I can help it

Welcoming, clean, safe and reasonably priced My trip was an emotional journey from WA to TX and back..and I had failed to book lodging my last night before flying home. After checking 13 hotels for a vacancy, this location was able to offer a room. Wonderful, understanding staff, given my fatigue. Would definitely recommend this site!

Friendly, accommodating staff. Bed needs updating If u stay 4 a long time, i would invest in your own comforter. Its $2 to wash laundry & $2 to dry. Expensive i take somewhere else... smoking floors can make u gag, if thats all they have ask for a room closest 2 the stairs on either side. Rooms smell better and the smoke seems to drift to middle where elevator is located. Also nothing walkable close by. But great areas 4 dogs!

NOT what we're used to. Check-in was ok. I was told there was "a" luggage cart, but I never saw one. Kind of disappointed that the place had NO ice-maker ... guests have to make their own in the "single" ice tray in the fridge. Had to request a coffeemaker, coffee, and anything else from the front desk. The advertised Continental Breakfast consisted of coffee, muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal packets, AND that's all folks!
