Not a 5 star You've got to understand that this is not a 5 star hotel. However, given the price and location, it was exactly what you'd expect for a good 3+ star establishment. The staff were outstanding and made every effort to make my stay comfortable. It is important to note that housekeeping is not every day and you have to ask for kitchen utensils at the front desk (both mentioned to me when I checked in).

Not bad, but for the price I expect a good breakfast, not just a grab and go basket. Overll, the person checking me in the first day was great, but later (another person) was fighting with a co-worker, etc. which made it a little uncomfortable.

Staff was very friendly and professional When we arrived there was an internet problem but the young woman at the front desk handled the matter very professionally. She was very friendly always had a smile on her face. The lobby area could use a little TLC and organization since we had to wait for the check in issue to be resolved it gave me time to get a closer look at things. Our rood was fine, clean, towels a little rough, but served the purposed we stayed for.
