Great location in south Austin. It was a little difficult to find, but once I got there my experience was a good one.

I would stay again in a heartbeat. Clean and comfortable and helpful, friendly staff.

Price was right First problem: hotel is off the road -- can't see it -- and there's no sign at the narrow road that leads to it off major 290 highway; had to stop at gas station and get directions. GET A SIGN. Sign in took much longer than it should have, including that desk manager had to go check room to make sure it was ready, even though we arrived 2 hours after check-in begins? Descent for the price Good overall and I didn't notice any bugs as alluded in some previous posts. The first 2 mornings the shower was hot (Tue & Wed) the next 2 cold given its May in Texas - would have been really bad if winter. Morning coffee and muffins were fine on way out door. If the water were hot all days I'd put it at 4 stars on value adjusted basis.

Good value but don't expect any frills Average property. No frills at all. Nice neighborhood with restaurants nearby.

Staff are really friendly. No bugs and pretty clean. Grab and go breakfast us convenient and check in and check out is fast.

Clean But Basic It is what you would expect in an inexpensive hotel. The bed was fine, but nothing fancy. The room was clean. The amenities were sparse, but adequate. For example, the towels are small and thin, but get the job done. We only stayed one night. Any longer and the bed might have become more uncomfortable. The service desk person was very nice. We needed an extra wash cloth and they had to do laundry to get me a clean one. This was not very late at night. All in all, it was fine and filled our need.
