Just like home I would call this my 2nd home. My brother fell ill and stayed in an Extended Stay in Albuquerque NM for 1yr! I feel this location in Austin was just like a 2nd home because the management and staff made me feel like I was part of their family. Thanks Lisa and everyone at this location for making me feel so comfortable!!!

Inexpensive and reasonable place to sleep Nothing fancy and what they call breakfast is just a box of granola bars and maybe an apple if you're up early enough to get the dozen they may put out. The rooms don't have dishes or even coffee makers. You have to "check them out" and then carry back to your room. Distrustful and foolish business practice in my opinion. Save a small amount to irritate multiple guest and build a bad reputation.

Dennis 2-23-2015 Hotel needs to have some non smoking rooms. Didn't mind not having fresh linens each day but need better towels and washcloths - too thin and rough. Bed was comfortable.

Cool shower water is ok. It was great until I woke up to take a shower, only cool water! Well you can't have everything! Everything else was pretty good.

Pleasant and uneventful stay Hotel was ok, clean and quiet. There was really no neighborhood/ bit isolated

I had a brief stay after Christmas festivities with family. The room was confortable and clean. And quiet!

Problems on third stay We ran out of hot water and a light was burned out by the bed. We have stayed there twice before with no problems, but not this time.

Basic, No Frills Extended Stay Hotel This is a basic extended-stay hotel. There is a small kitchenette in each room, but it is not stocked. If you want plates, flatware, etc, it is available when you ask. Rooms show some wear, but are clean. Despite being near some major roads, the room was quiet at night.
